Chelsea have continued their commitment to recruiting elite young talent after agreeing a deal to sign highly-rated Scottish defender Alfie Osborne from Hearts.
According to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, the 17-year-old has completed his medical, agreed personal terms, and signed a long-term contract with the Blues, bringing an end to a competitive race for one of Scotland’s brightest prospects.
