Arsenal Eye Chelsea Winger Noni Madueke as Winger Hunt Healer
Arsenal are part of a list of clubs monitoring Chelsea winger Noni Madueke in preparation for a potential summer signing. The Gunners are going all out to bolster their wide options in all areas, with Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams and Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma also in contention.
Arsenal have “made checks” on Madueke, but there has been no formal offer and no negotiations between the clubs have started, according to The Telegraph. However, the England talent is firmly Arsenal’s number one target on their shopping list as they go about adding some strength to both channels out wide ahead of a challenging 2025/26 campaign.

Chelsea are not desperate to sell the 23-year-old but sources suggest he is not seen as “untouchable.” There is a feeling building that the Blues can sell former PSV Eindhoven favourite for the right fee as they rebuild their squad under Enzo Maresca.

Madueke found the net 11 times and added five assists in all competitions last season and was impressive with his ability to play on both wings—an asset Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, looking for a multipurpose Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli cover, will find attractive.
Apart from the wide player target, Arsenal are also looking to sign a marquee striker. Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyökeres, RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Šeško, and Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins are among the names being considered as Arteta looks to add depth and quality to his attack.
It remains to be seen if the Gunners go for a striker first and then for a winger, or get a quick move on Madueke’s future with other clubs like Newcastle and Tottenham seeking to up the ante.
